How long should my good take to be reciced after my order payment has been confirmed ?

as we ship all web orders through Australia post once we hand the parcel over we no longer have control of it. we use 2-5 day satchell for standard post and 1-2 day satchells for express post but due to the remote locations of some of our client delivery times may vary. see Australia post delivery and coverage page here to get a better idea
